Berni Xiong (sh-UNG) launched her coaching business in the Fall of 2008 after becoming sick and tired of being

sick and tired with a job that overworked her, life that served little meaning and purpose, and codependent relationships that broke her heart over and over again.

Since its inception, Berni’s coaching practice has evolved into a multi-faceted business that has become a resource for a growing number of hard-working, ambitious and determined men and women who occasionally suffer from “lone warrior entrepreneur syndrome.”

Through her work as a shin kicking Life Spark, she shares effective and simple strategies that help her clients fall back in love with themselves to attract the life, work, and love that makes them excited to wake up every morning without an alarm clock.

She couples a practical coaching philosophy with her unique ability to achieve extraordinarily high levels of intellectual, social, physical, emotional, and spiritual health to help these creative and innovative individuals attain their untapped potential. These are the pillars of her success.
